Our office accepts cash and all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Debit cards and The Citi Health Card with affordable monthly payment plans. Remember you can use your:

- Cafeteria Plans for most of your eye care needs including Laser correction
All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses routine office visits, medical office visits and surgery. We accept many Insurance and vision plans.

In order to accommodate our patients, we are always willing to become providers of new insurance and vision plans that are able to pass our screening process. Though we are not able to accept them all, we will give fair consideration to new plans. If we are not a provider for your plan, feel free to contact us about becoming a provider. Send us the contact information for the insurance plan and we will do our best to join the plan.
Each patient is responsible for verification of their coverage. We will be happy to assist you with on a limited basis with your authorization process. If your verification and authorization is not pre-approved before your visit you will be responsible for full payment of professional fees and materials on the day of your visit. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
